Due to continued expansion and a busy pipeline of work, GMD Developments are looking to add two people to the team.

Estimator/Site Surveyor

You will be the first point of contact on site, carrying out site visits, scoping works and producing clear, accurate quotes for customers.

What you will be doing
• Attending site visits across Devon
• Assessing the job, measuring up, taking photos and notes
• Producing quotes and outlining scope, timelines, and assumptions
• Liaising with the team to ensure pricing is realistic and deliverable

What we are looking for
• Construction experience and confidence on site
• Strong attention to detail and clear written communication
• Comfortable speaking with customers and setting expectations
• Full UK driving licence
• Bonus if you have experience with water, drainage, and utilities work

Experienced Builder

We are also looking for an experienced builder to join the team and help us deliver high quality work across domestic and commercial projects.

What we are looking for
• A proper all rounder with strong site standards
• Reliable, tidy, and good with customers on occupied sites
• Bonus if you have groundworks, drainage, or utilities experience
